Where to start
Your skin, understood.
Every effective treatment plan begins with a thorough consultation. At Bespoke Clinic Penrith, our skin consultations are unhurried, evidence-based assessments — not a quick chat before upselling you into a treatment.
Your registered nurse or dermal therapist will take a detailed look at your skin, listen to your concerns, and work through your history — lifestyle, products, previous treatments — to build a complete picture of what's happening beneath the surface and what will genuinely help.
Whether you're dealing with visible texture changes, loss of radiance, uneven tone, or noticing early signs of skin ageing — a consultation is the most important step you can take. The right assessment prevents the wrong treatment.

Concerns we address
Common skin concerns assessed
Dynamic Lines
Lines of expression that appear and deepen over time — forehead, between the brows, around the eyes
Skin Laxity
Loss of firmness and skin elasticity affecting the face, jawline and neck — a gradual change many clients notice in their 30s and 40s
Volume Loss
Gradual reduction of facial fullness in the cheeks, temples and around the mouth — contributing to a hollowed or fatigued appearance
Texture & Pores
Rough or congested skin surface, enlarged pores, post-acne texture irregularities and superficial scarring
Pigmentation
Uneven skin tone, sun-related discolouration, melasma, post-inflammatory marks — common in the Western Sydney climate
Lip Definition
Changes to lip shape, definition and hydration — including loss of the natural border or reduced fullness over time
What to expect
Your consultation experience
Consultations at Bespoke Clinic Penrith are conducted in a private, comfortable setting by a qualified registered nurse. We take the time to listen before we recommend — and we'll never pressure you into a treatment plan.

1
Skin history & lifestyle
We begin with a detailed discussion of your skin history — products, prior treatments, medical history, sun exposure and lifestyle factors that influence skin health.
2
Clinical assessment
Your nurse will examine your skin under professional lighting, assessing concerns including texture, tone, hydration levels, facial structure and any areas of specific concern you've raised.
3
Treatment pathway discussion
We'll walk through treatment options suited to your skin and goals — including clinic-based therapies and home care. All available options, including any prescription-only options, are discussed in full at this stage.
4
A personalised plan
You leave with a clear, written summary of your recommended pathway. No hard sell — just clarity on what will actually make a difference for your skin.
