What is it?
What is skin needling?
Skin needling — clinically known as collagen induction therapy (CIT) — uses a medical-grade device fitted with fine sterile needles to create thousands of controlled micro-channels in the skin's surface.
This controlled micro-injury triggers the skin's natural healing response, stimulating collagen and elastin production — the structural proteins responsible for smooth, firm, youthful-looking skin. Over a treatment course, this remodelling progressively improves skin texture, tone and resilience from within.
At Bespoke Clinic Penrith, all skin needling treatments are performed by registered nurses or dermal therapist using professional-grade equipment. We calibrate depth and intensity to your specific concerns — delivering effective results with appropriate recovery for Penrith and Western Sydney clients.

What to expect at Bespoke Clinic Penrith
Every session begins with a thorough skin analysis and review of your skin history, medications and goals. We apply a topical anaesthetic cream for 20–30 minutes prior to treatment to ensure your comfort.
Your treating practitioner calibrates the needling device to the appropriate depth — typically 0.5mm to 2.5mm depending on the area and concern — then systematically treats the face in sections. The procedure itself takes approximately 30–40 minutes, after which a calming serum and SPF are applied.
Most of our clients report mild redness and warmth immediately following treatment, similar to a moderate sunburn, which typically subsides within 24–48 hours. Minor flaking may occur on days three to five as the skin renews itself.
